Online Training

Online training was developed for those that already have a gym membership and want to know exactly what to do both in and out of the gym. The coaching will provide 3-5 workouts per week (depending on your current level and goals), dietary adjustments as needed, supplement recommendation, and constant support of your personal trainer. Perfect for students!

There are 3 tiers to our Online Training program, allowing you to have as much or as little guidance as you personally require:

Basic: $199 per month
-Initial evaluation
-Full periodized program and nutritional protocol
-2 weekly email chains
-2 30 minute Skype calls per month

Advanced: $250 per month
-Initial evaluation
-Full periodized program and nutritional protocol
-Unlimited weekly email chains
-3 30 minute Skype calls per month

Platinum: $299 per month
-Initial evaluation
-Full periodized program and nutritional protocol
-Unlimited weekly email chains
-4 30 minute Skype calls per month
-10% off all supplement orders

This program requires the following:
– Membership to a basic commercial gym
– A DESIRE to change and the DRIVE to work hard
– Three months to commit to making significant changes

Note: Those with injuries can participate as programs will be written by Russell Childers, director of physical therapy and personal training.
