Paramount Performance and Rehab (PPR Fitness) is expanding and currently interviewing qualified physical therapists and personal trainers to continue to grow our presence.
Founded by Russ Childers, a licensed PT and MPT, Paramount Performance and Rehab is a full-service fitness facility and physical therapy clinic located in Newton Upper Falls, MA. It was founded with one idea in mind—delivering positive results. We are a small family-owned and operated, outpatient clinic established in our community for the past 10 years. Our 2,200 square foot facility is equipped with top-of-the-line training equipment, including Eleiko barbells and plates, Atlantis gym equipment, black iron dumbbells, and Strongman equipment. We provide a range of training programs and physical therapy services to help our clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals. We expect our therapists to work hard, with positive attitudes and help our community get back to their active lifestyles.
This is a great opportunity for newly graduating therapists who want to work in a sports-oriented outpatient clinic. Experienced therapists are welcome too! We have 70 feet of turf, the best equipment around, a team-oriented environment, and plenty of off-street parking.

Full-time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Paramount Performance & Rehab. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing personalized patient care, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and administering rehabilitation exercises. They will work closely with clients to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. Our clinic is exercise based and a physical therapist who is or has interest in being a personal trainer is a plus!
- Most treatments are 1:1 or 2:1.
- We are not a PT-mill or corporate-owned entity.
- Scheduling is flexible and can be customized.
- License and partial educational reimbursements available.

Qualifications
- Masters or DPT from credentialed university.
- Current physical therapy license in Massachusetts.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy are a plus!
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a small, family-oriented team environment.
